Thermometers
Manufactured by careful handwork in Klasmeier’s own eXacal Manufactory.

Thermometer repair
For more sustainability: Continue to use thermometers with valueable long-term history. After five years of development work, we now offer the repair of precision thermometers – a very sustainable solution for the industry.

Manufactory
eXacal precision thermometers are used for precise temperature measurements or as calibration standards. They have been continuously optimised over many years in our thermometer manufactory to ensure the highest measurement accuracy.

Temperature detectors
In the world of thermometry, the precision of the temperature detector is a crucial factor for the accuracy and reliability of a thermometer.

Technology
eXacal precision thermometers were designed from scratch. The development time took over four years. All the components used were carefully designed and coordinated with each other.

Calibration Service

Standard thermometers
The DAkkS calibration of ITS-90 standard thermometers (SPRT) is done at ITS-90 fixed points. 

Resistance thermometers
Calibration of resistance thermometers (temperature sensors such as Pt100, Pt25, etc.) and indicators with DAkkS calibration certificate is done at slim ITS-90 fixed points.

Thermocouples
Thermocouples are calibrated at ITS-90 temperature fixed points in the range from the water triple point to the silver freezing point with excellent measurement uncertainties.

Dry block calibrators
Dry-block calibrators are calibrated by comparison with calibrated resistance thermometers or thermocouples. The calibration is based on the DAkkS-DKD guideline R5-4 for calibrating block calibrators or Klasmeier’s own test reports for ISOTECH devices.

Temperature fixed points
Temperature fixed points are calibrated by comparison with reference temperature fixed points using highly stable standard resistance thermometers (SPRT).

Calibration at low temperatures
You want to calibrate thermometers at extremely low temperatures? But the temperature range of the calibration baths and standardised procedures used is not enough for you? Then you are at the right place. We use boiling nitrogen to extend the temperature range.
